Your guides 

Andrea Freely : I remember my first experience of yoga back in 2002, from a DVD featuring Rodney Yee. I tried to imitate Yee’s perfect postures and serene composure but all my muscles tingled, my breath was choppy and irregular and at the end I was in tears. Yet I was also euphoric and somehow transformed. I knew I had discovered something very powerful and I was eager to learn more.

I attended several trainings and began teaching in 2005. Having been a fitness instructor in the 90s at first I was attracted to intense physical practices like Ashtanga and Power Yoga. Over time my approach has softened as I learned the value of meditation and deep relaxation. My teaching now is a blend of all that I have learned from different sources over the years. I feel that there is no end to learning and I keep studying and exploring as much as I can in order to be of service to my students.
My other passion is hiking – you will often see me out in the area with my two rescue dogs. Nature is the best healer and I need my daily dose!
 
Anne Macnabb Nadjafi : Annie is devoted to helping yoga students and teachers discover ease, strength, and joy in their practice. With a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, she tailors each experience to the individual, guiding students beyond perceived limits with patience, compassion, and care. Her teaching meets people exactly where they are—at any age, and at every stage.
 
With over 30 years of experience as a fitness and wellness coach in the Swiss Romande region, Annie brings a rich and holistic background that spans yoga, movement, mindfulness, and healing. A Yoga Alliance–certified 500-hour teacher and trainer, she has shared her work in studios, teacher trainings, and corporate wellness programs across the Geneva area. At the heart of all she does is a simple intention: to help others live with greater balance, fulfillment, and joy.
