Daniel Anner and Soraya Francisco welcomes you in Portugal for 5 full days of deep & intense immersion. You’ll be hosted in a beautiful house close to Lisbon in Malveira. Join us for 5 days of Yoga, Movement, Breathwork, Free Flow, Talks, Delicious Food and special moments in a beautiful place surrounded by nature.

– 7:30-9.30am : YOGA – Meditation, Pranyama, Asana
– 9.30-10.30am : Breakfast
– 11:00-12.30pm : BREATHWORK
– 13:00-14:30pm : Lunch
– 17:30-19:00pm : FREE FLOW + YIN YOGA
– 19:30-21pm : Dinner



Daniel discovered Iyengar Yoga in San Francisco in 2002 after his studies in psychology. Since then, he has practiced different styles of yoga and collaborates annually with different teachers in Ashtanga, Iyengar and Kundalini Yoga.
Since 2005, he has been teaching yoga at the World Economic Forum, the World Trade Organization, the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues and the UN, as well as a private clientele and at the Geneva International School. He also teaches at festivals in Chamonix, Bali and Barcelona. He has been blessed to organise and share yoga and AcroYoga workshops for partners, friends, couples and parents with kids since 2007. Opening a whole new horizon of traveling, meeting amazing artists, yogis, therapists, inspiring human beings… This assisted to grow through partner and community yoga, and participate in a change towards a better world.
In 2010 he founded the Geneva Yoga Festival, introducing Breathwork to the community there. He has also been involved in launching other festivals in Brazil, Paraty. Daniel is trained in many massage and holistic techniques, such as Thai massage, osteo thai, chi nei tsang, reiki, craniosacral and as a lifelong process, he keeps training in yoga, massages, healings, kirtan … and is blessed to have so many amazing teachers to clear the path. Daniel feels blessed to join the BBTRS family and continues to work alongside the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Institute as a member of their support team, as well as giving group and individual sessions.



Soraya was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland. At age of 21, she moved to Paris where she completed a Fashion Business degree, and worked as Digital Manager. After 7 years, she went into difficult personal period, and decided to change her life completely. She moved to Rio de Janeiro where she opened a company, and discovered Yoga.
Since ever, she was endured her life, and practicing physical sport to « try » to relax her mind. When she started practicing Yoga, she didn’t like it. But she felt a peaceful feeling after each practice which pushed her to keep going every day. After 3 months of practice, she ended with her company, and dedicated her time to the Yoga path. She completed a 200hr TTC in Rio de Janeiro, and a 200hr TTC (Yoga Alliance certified) in Costa Rica. She moved to Geneva, and opened a mind-body studio : Studio SoHam.
Located in the center of the city, at 200m from the lake, the place offer 2 classroom and a therapeutic cabine. There are Yoga, meditation, dance, Judo, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, animal flow, massage, energetic healing, and many events/workshops. She also organize Yoga retreats in Portugal mixing Yoga, movement and surf.
Soraya, student of life, keep learning and healing every day. She formed in Ginastical Natural and Afrovibe (dance). In 2017, she started a 500hr TTC in Kundalini Yoga, and a Chinese medicine and acupuncture training course. In January 2019, she passed one month in Yoga Vidya Gurukul Ashram in Nashik, India, where she completed the Yoga Therapy training course.
Soraya share her knowledge and experiences of life through her teachings. Her class guides you through a spiritual and physical path practicing Yoga postures, breathing techniques, mantras chanting, relaxation and meditation.
