Il s’agit d’un cours de 45 minutes focalisé sur le centre du corps, c’est-à-dire sur les chaînes musculaires qui le relient de bas en haut. Le but ? Agir sur la force, l’équilibre et la mobilité en tonifiant et renforçant ses muscles fessiers, abdominaux et dorsaux.

Ce cours, inspiré du personal training, est la solution optimale pour renforcer et tonifier le centre du corps, améliorer la force fonctionnelle et l’équilibre tout en aidant à prévenir des blessures.

THE FITNESS INDUSTRY’S NEWBORN
SHORT, PRECISE, AND EFFECTIVE TRAINING

It is a 30-minute class entirely focused on the center of the body (CORE). In other words, on the muscular chains that connect it from top to bottom. The goal? To act on strength, balance and mobility by toning and strengthening the gluteal, abdominal and back muscles.

CORE TRAINING SOHAM

The CORE TRAINING class is taught by Celtia, freshly graduated in HIIT, BodyAttacks, and other Fitness styles. Celtia offers an extended formula of the traditional CX WORX of 30 minutes. This 60-minute class begins with a 15-minute aerobic warm-up followed by CORE TRAINING exercises, and finally ends with a 15-minute cool down. Efficient, short and precise !
